I decided to teach myself a new skill while quarantining during the Covid pandemic: UI design! I wanted to use an existing app that needed some TLC to exercise what I was learning so I turned to one that I used myself for scheduling a cat sitter, the Fetch app! At the time, the company’s branding was outdated and it’s app was a rough conversion of their browser portal, so it was a nice first project to take a stab at UI design.
